2004 Concrete Canoe "Poke Boat" 

McNeese State University placed 1st overall in the Deep South Regional Concrete Canoe Competition, placing first in the design paper and oral presentation. The competition was held on March 27th 2004 at Ole Miss.  McNeese also placed first in the surveying competition with a record time of just over 13 minutes and .01 error.
